What to Expect from the Review Process

So, now it’s time to sit back and wait for our team to review your items!

If you’re unsure of what to expect from the review process, we’ve covered the key parts below.

When your items have been reviewed, you will be notified via email, of one of these three outcomes:

  1. Item has been approved, it’s now live and ready for sale!
  2. Item has been soft rejected. You will need to make improvements and re-submit for approval.
  3. Item has been hard rejected, you will not be able to re-submit this item for approval.

If you receive a hard rejection, our advice is to make sure your future items meet the main requirements across Quality, Technical, Metadata and Legal (covered in Item Quality Requirements).

Our Help Center has a detailed article covering what each of these outcomes means for you, and what steps to take if you receive a soft rejection. We recommend familiarising yourself with this Help Center, so you know what to expect from review outcomes.
